Ray Carpenter, P.E., P.P. The founder of R.C. Associates, Ray Carpenter is a licensed professional engineer and professional planner with over 30 years experience. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University and got his start as an engineer with the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Following the NJDOT he created R.C. Associates as an affordable engineering solution for the local Monmouth and Ocean County areas. In 2005, R.C. Associates Consulting, Inc. was incorporated and grew to the size it remains today. R.C. Associates now provides an array of engineering and planning services throughout the state of New Jersey. Ray has remained president of the company since inception and is actively involved in every project produced. Joseph J Kociuba, P.E., P.P. Joseph Kociuba is a licensed professional engineer and professional planner with over 8 years experience. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Rowan University and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering also from Rowan. Joseph started his engineering career at Bay Point Engineering in Point Pleasant, New Jersey which was soon acquired by Schoor Depalma Engineering of Manalapan. Joseph learned all aspects of municipal and land development engineering while there and in 2005 became part of the R.C. Associates team. Joseph is the primary designer for R.C. Associates and is the project manager for many of R.C. Associates largest projects. He is actively involved in every aspect of a projects design and ensures every client is satisfied with their experience. |
